Recently, I have been enjoying a lot the onboard footage of Petter Solberg and Phil Mills.

So I wanted to recreate the voice and pacenotes of our ‘Boss’ Phil in his younger days on the EA WRC, and I worked on this mod in June, finishing it in about 4 weeks. I've created and tested numerous samples to capture Phil's colorful accents, and I'm very pleased with the results. (The mod file is 470MB in size!!)
Basically I try to without using AI as much as possible, and when I couldn't, I used the 2004 Phil voice overdubbed with AI over the Phil voice from DiRT Rally 2.0.

The Pacenote system also reproduces the Solberg/Mills notes from 2004.
Here are some examples:
EA WRC 2004 Phil Mills
Four Right Sharp = Four Right Tightens Early
Late Four Right = Line into Four Right
And Late Four Right = And Line into Four Right
into Late Four Right = 'same'
Four Right Short = Short Four Right
Also they are never used the 'Sudden' note and seems like use the 'Early' note for two corner type 'sudden' and 'early'

Phil's voice in Dirt Rally 2.0 was a kind and calm grandfatherly voice. On the contrary, in this mod you can enjoy the powerful voice of the young Phil from 2004.
As you know, immortalx already made a good mod using Phil's voice from DR2.0. overtake.gg/downloads/phil-mills-dirt-rally-2-0-pace-notes-voice.77103
So it's up to you whether you want to use the DR2.0 version or my 2004 version.
