Soooo sorry I've been away from your screens for a while. Back in July, I suffered quite a serious back injury which left me incapacitated for nearly three weeks. It's sorted now, which is great, but I still need to be careful.

I've also spend some quality time with my kids and taken most of a week off to just kinda be 'me'.
