Ive been on a storytelling kick recently, telling stories and utilizing manips in a creative way. Back in 2008 - 2011, this style was so common in the GMV community particular.
I dabbled in it and shat myself when I discovered cookie cutter in Vegas lmao
This story is based off my segments I did with Sexyshoopuf in our Let It Burn Collab for sings birthday last year, I had been wanting to extend the story in ages, and Im so happy I could make something like this and tell a mini-story!
Story▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Hopefully you can follow along with the story, basically its a tale of sequential existence, a goddess is in charge of keeping balance and harmony of the world and for the longest time it was Lunafreya. However when Cosmos descended, Luna sensed a new goddess being born, one who would take over her role as goddess of the realm.
A hesitant Lightning inherited the role and fell into a crystal slumber immediately, hoping to restore Lunas power. Chaos fell upon the realm and Luna awoke, found Lightnings crystal tomb and used the last of her power to awaken Lightning. Lunas body encased in crystal and it was up to Lightning to restore the realm.

Our story theme is Us Against the World, how far can one go to stand up against an oppressive system by dictators and rulers - how powerful can individualism can be?
We each chose powerful game characters, Noire chose Lightning, super star heroine of the Final Fantasy XIII saga, from Solider to Goddess to Savior of the world and I chose Dante from DmC: Devil May Cry, an awakened Nephilim going up against a Demon Ruler - ideal choices of character for this theme we aimed for.
We each started out showing the oppression of the system until the worlds collide and Dante and Light meet each other, and they decide to fight against the oppression, going through hardships and victory side by side opposites side of the same coin.

This is actually the first ever full length Resident Evil video I have ever made, I only slightly touched Degeneration in an old YPIV in 2013(?).
I really liked this new Resident Evil movie, it had all the good characters like Leon Suck My Bullets Kennedy and reject Vergil/Wesker clone 2.5 Glen Arias.
I hope you like this video, I used all the coolio techniques you love such as the Glitch, the 3D colouring and Fanceh typographey and a whole buttload of your bae Leon. I know Leon is your bae, you ship him hard with Ada lol

Every year I host a MEP on my channel, but this MEP is different because this year I hit over 3000 subscribers!! Thank you sooo much everyone for your support as I continue to edit and develop, learn and grow doing what I love!
This is also to celebrate my 10th year anniversary of being on Youtube. 2nd October 2007 was when I created Lacrymosai back in my high school years, 10 years wow.... I feel incredibly old.
Lastly, the song holds a special place in my heart as the band is called Devilskin and they are in fact homegrown! New Zealand FTW!
Devilskin also did their official music recording at the Disturbed concert in Vector Arena in Auckland last year and that was the concert I went to for my birthday. I hold great pride to being in that crowd dancing along to them while they flew the cameras over us. It was such an amazing experience!
Anyways, I wanted to invite my close friends to edit alongside with me in this MEP.

We went for Multifandom grungestyle! One of the many elements in Darkstyle, its one Im not perfect at but love to experiment with! But Rouge is a genius! Her style is oozing with grunge and its awesome! Its one of the reasons I invited her into my Darkstyle studio WoD.
