This is perfectly legal in their Warrior Code, but the War of Nations changes things. As they watch their leader, Wolf, declare war after the death of Sun Nation's leader, they understand that one thing is certain: their meetings would have to be in secret.Angry, Swiftstrike lashes out, angrily blaming the War on all nations' leaders. Rook agrees, and they both boldly proclaim that if they were to become leader, their clans would be better off. Taking matters into his own hands, knowing Swiftstrike wouldn't, Rook sends snakes to attack Breeze's deputy, Newtflight. Bark - Breeze's leader - picks Swiftstrike as the next deputy.At their next meeting, Swiftstrike announces her new position. Rook is excited- expressing how now they only needed to get rid of the leaders and their plan would work. Swiftstrike was hesistant with this plan, expressing that she wanted to wait. Rook agreed to wait. When arriving back to Grotto after a battle one day, Rook returns to find Wolf - his leader - blinded. Knowing that it was the perfect opportunity to begin Phase 2 of the plan, Rook heads for Breeze. He manages to poison Bark, shocking and upsetting Swiftstrike.Rook reveals that it was him who poisoned Bark, making Swiftstrike lash out at him. She refuses to let him touch Bark any further. Angrily, Rook admits that he murdered Newtflight. Enraged, Swiftstrike attacks mindlessly, finally striking the killing blow to Rook.After this PMV, Bark succumbs to her wounds, leaving Swiftstrike to become leader (with Bark's approval, of course). What is a Self-Insert MAP?A self-insert MAP is a project where you put YOURSELF into a fictional world of your choosing! This means that the character you use to represent yourself must be a sona of some kind: a fursona, mascot, or truesona. For this project, the theme is Villain Encounter. In this project, you are just minding your own business, trying to live your life in the fictional world of your choosing... but... uh-oh. Is.. is that the villain? /And/ I just caught him doing something bad? This won't be good...(Essentially, you catch the villain in action! Whatever this means is up to you.)NOTE: Parts 22-29, it is preferred that these parts are reserved for people who wish to attack the villain, or team up with the hero to defeat the villain. ~ Catch Fire ~ Complete Warrior Cats MAP SaturnSkyez 2024-10-02 | After eight (almost nine) years in production, I am so incredibly honored to present Catch Fire to you all.This MAProject was originally created and hosted by Ponderthelight. I, going by the username 'Angeltherandom' at the time, had been able to join this project back in 2015/2016, and ever since then, I have been dedicated to seeing the project complete. In 2023, I got permission from Ponder to rehost multiple of their projects. I felt it fitting to start off with Catch Fire first. 3-4 years ago, this project was a 35/38 part completion. By the time I was able to organize the project, we had lost around 10 parts. This is due to YouTube's change to private unlisted videos during this time and its decision to purge inactive channels. I contacted whoever I could and gave them around 6 months to reply. It got several people, but unfortunately, not everyone. As the video says, this is just a call to announce what parts are open. Sol created the BG palette and the storyboards that are not credited ^^. Here, we have Cardinal, God of Warfare, watching in wicked excitement at Bog Nation's attack against Sun Nation. As the fighting continues, Cardinal looks down to see a Bog Nation warrior, Quailtrot, looking up at him. Quailtrot (as shown in previous videos) is the only cat that Cardinal has granted with vision to see him. Quailtrot calls out to Cardinal, wanting to talk to him, but Cardinal refuses, anxiously returning back to his world. This MAProject, using the music of LGBTQ+ Palestinian artist Bashar Murad, is meant to help bring awareness about the current events that are happening in Palestine. For decades, Palestinians have been the target of Israeli violence for simply existing. Now, what is happening is undeniably an attempt to wipe Palestinians off the face of the Earth. We see it in the way Palestinians are treated online, and the constant horror stories that come to light: martyrs who even in the face of death, turned to Allah (Arabic for God; same god as in Christianity and Judaism) in prayer. There is a deeply unsettling sentiment that supporting Palestine = antisemitism, which could not be further from the truth. A Pearl || Swiftstrike PMV (Warriors OCs: A Shattered Star) SaturnSkyez 2024-07-17 | This is one of those PMVs that I forgot I was literally in /outlining/ stages before I switched computers! So, I decided to get it all done on the airplane heading to/from my vacation spot.This PMV you can really tell the mix between my old style and new one, plus my improvement as I slowly learn Clip Studio Paint... It's definitely a mix, but I know a lot of you have been wanting Swiftstrike content and I wanted to provide! This is a semi-sequel to Beneath The Brine, a Rook PMV you can find here: youtu.be/DsKF45G1f2A. This takes us through Swiftstrike's perspective, as well as a little bit after.Story: Swiftstrike is a Breeze Nation warrior dating Grotto Nation deputy Rook. The two's love works well, until the War of Nations begins. Rook believes that the best way to end the war if for both Swiftstrike and Rook to become leaders of their clans, that way they can create a truce. Swiftstrike thinks this is hopeful thinking, but Rook begins to form murders in his head, eventually leading to Swiftstrike's ascension to deputy, and the poisoning of her leader, Bark. --What we see here at Swiftstrike's reaction to the poisoning. She panics, angry at Rook and feeling like her heart has been shattered. She ends up having to kill Rook, which furthers her spiral. It cuts to Swiftstrike, now leader of Breeze Nation, laying in her den, looking out at her territory, depressed. Swiftstrike sees Puddleflight, the nation's med cat (healer), come in with her daughter, Streamfall, and all begins to be well. Interested in this at all? The Ultimate Deception || Warrior Cat OC PMV (A Shattered Star) SaturnSkyez 2024-06-15 | Another PMV that's been in the works for 6+ months that I just now finished up! I believe we only have one or two more of these left and it'll be onto newer projects ^^. Context: the big context when dealing with content involving the Gods is this: Dove and Boar had six kids. When the two separated, they each took three kids with them. Story: This PMV takes us post the events of Peregrine (watch here: youtu.be/lxEslsakLJI ). Juniper is meeting with his siblings (Dietes, God of Justice, and Chestnut, God of the Wild) to discuss the dilemma. A mortal having a god's powers is a big no-no, but it's also just a big uncertainty. Dietes is adamant that Lumi will pose a threat, while Juniper tries to speak for their character: adamant that Lumi doesn't know enough about their powers yet to cause problems. Their mother, Dove, swoops in. She agrees with Dietes: this power should not belong to a mortal, and they must consider a way to dispose of Lumi. As this discussion is happening, Juniper's estranged siblings (Cardinal, God of War, and Poppy, God of Prophecy) come in to advocate for Lumi. They both claim that because Lumi holds the power of their fallen sibling, Dahlia, they should work on trying to acclimate them to some type of 'God-status'. The siblings bicker with each other, before a stressed Juniper decides to just visit Lumi in the mortal world. It's confusing, I know. This playlist is specific to the lore of A Shattered Star. Forget It || Boar PMV (Warriors OCs) SaturnSkyez 2024-06-04 | This is another one of those "I sketched this well over a year ago, started finishing it 6 months ago, forgot about it, came back to finish it while silently cringing about the art style" videos. I've gone through about maybe four(ish) style changes since this was sketched? So.... definitely awkward haha! This PMV takes us through Boar's perspective on things Post-Exile, while also giving a short origin story into how Boar and Dove met! Story:100 years after her exile, Boar has created a world of her own to live in. As she debates returning to Dove, she takes a look into the mortal realm. Noticing Canarylight, she goes down to talk to him, not realizing her presence would leave a (literal) mark on the cat. (NOTE: the story does a bit of a skip here, having meant to come after the events of Moonlight/Sunrise: youtube.com/watch?v=LbbEOCOKgww. Basically, Dove and Boar each take three of their 6 god-children. Juniper (Dove's), the God of Death, attempts to kill Dahlia (Boar's), the God of Life, and become both the God of Life and Death). After Dahlia's death, Boar spends most of her days moping around, not feeling much of a motive to continue her interference with mortals. Poppy, the God of Prophecy, begins to try more disdain for her mother because of her actions, and all Boar can do is stare.Then, we get a flashback to how Boar and Dove met. Dove came into existence as a flying otter, and helped to create the oceans in the mortal realm. Boar and Dove bomb despite their species differences. Hundreds of years later, the two decide to become cats, a sign that they would be gods focused on the domestic cat species for thousands of years to come. And, of course, they're in love! Thanks to the help of MourningGarden and their excellent use of looking through metadata, we've been able to locate not only Part 5's original owner but also the description for the original MAP call. This is HUGE! This will be a great asset for the final project, even if that just boils down to giving credit to the original participants whose parts were lost to time. We've also been able to confirm the identity of the original host, which I can confirm gave Moth permission to host the MAP. Unfortunately, this could not be confirmed without the metadata, as Moth had turned comments off all of their videos, thus erasing any solid contact for /any/ participants. While the part search is over, there are still tons that need to be found! Alexander Hamilton had dozens of thumbnails created for the thumbnail contest that could not be located. If the Alexander Hamilton server still exists and you are in it, please send those thumbnail entries Saturn's way! No Longer You - Bugleap PMV (WC OCs) SaturnSkyez 2024-04-29 | Summary: Bugleap has been receiving strange dreams from the 'God of Prophecy', Poppy. In these dreams, Poppy informs the young Sun warrior that he will be betrayed and killed. However, sometimes the god chooses to leave other crumbs, perhaps hints as to who his killer is....Lineart means something for the visions Poppy gives! White lineart means that it happened in the past, pink is for the future, and gray is for the present! Some things are less clear to the viewers as it is what Bugleap sees of Poppy's visions (for example, the first one are two known characters: Cranesight and Diggerstar. However, Bugleap would not recognize them, hence why they are just lineart. And, of course, Bugleap can't identify his killer, as that's the main driving point of the plot)--I know a lot of you have been waiting for Bugleap content after Fish in A Birdcage, so I speedran this for you all! I hope this summer to fix up some more Toyhouse character profiles, especially for characters like Poppy. You Didnt Ask For That ~ VENT(ish)? ~ (TW- Grooming) SaturnSkyez 2024-04-17 | Ok so first of all, a few things to add clarity.1- I had posted this a month ago to my Instagram. I don't have content to upload right now, so I'm uploading a couple things I only posted there.2- This is a vent, mostly because it is a real thing that happened to me and it still hurts me. I am not asking for sympathy: I am almost 21 years old and I do my best to not expose my audience to my feelings, so they don't feel like they have to comfort me. 3- I am posting this for awareness above all else, as my audience are children. 4- Comments are disabled so I don't get a ton of "I support you/I care you" I appreciate it, but I don't need it ^^!--The audio and video speaks for itself. Unfortunately, I have had to come to terms within the past year that from 14-17, I had an egregiously inappropriate relationship with someone 11 years my senior. As the audio implies, there was a clear power dynamic between us. He knows about my social media, so I am being vague on purpose. I was his emotional lapdog. He'd come cry to me, and I'd comfort him. He'd vent, and I was expected to quell any concerns he had with himself, his self-image, and his life. I knew way too much about his relationships (wayy too much). I realized that I had garnered romantic feelings for him when I was 16. By that time, the only way we could communicate was online, and the cycle was the same. COVID really stunted this, thank GOD. By the time I got into college at 17, things got a bit more weird. After I met my (now) fiance, he did what he had always done to me before: found a partner and pretended as if I was just "a kid he taught for two years." If I had not found my fiance Sami, I do not know what would've happened, and that is scary. I still have disturbing realities I have to face because of this. The relationship, whatever it was, was incredibly twisted and disgusting. He put so many things into my head, even about my fiance, that it has caused me to experience disillusion to reality. I have talked to multiple therapists, all of which have been the one to bring up the g-word when it comes to him. Grooming does not always lead to physical relations. There are steps to grooming, and it is important to realize when these steps are taking place so that you /don't/ get led to do nsfw things. Those steps were followed here. I am writing this out because I am begging those who are under 18 to learn the signs and recognize them. More importantly, figures in your school are not your FRIENDS. They cannot BE your friends until after you graduate. You should not be messaging them outside of school, you should not have access to ANY of that. Dove and Boar are still fighting, and so the gods' children must choice a mother. Juniper, who has figured out that his celestial powers revolve taking life, joins Dove. However, his sibling, Dahlia, can create life and chose to join Boar. Having Boar, a god who has known to cause war and destruction, have Dahlia is concerning to Dove.... Afterall, Boar can keep creating life and, according to Dove, war amongst mortals would never end. A Shattered Star MYTHOS- Polyphemus: A Boar Animatic SaturnSkyez 2024-03-01 | I said at the beginning of the year that I planned on finishing up some really old Warrior Cat OC sketches, potentially turning some into animatics.Well... here's one of them! This is apart of a series I planned (I still want to do it, but rn it's not feasible) called Mythos. This takes place centuries before the current A Shattered Star story, and is meant to explain more about the gods that exist in the lore. This one is a myth on how deathberries became such a toxic item for cats. These berries, called Yew, were originally something of luxury to wildcats. However, when wildcats disrupt land belonging to a god, they god strips them of this privilege. This god is, of course, Boar! While we see Boar as a cat now, Boar's actual form is a wolverine! However, cats did not what a 'wolverine' was, thus they named her Boar, as that seemed like the closest comparison. That's really all I had for it haha. We'll see more of the god's true forms this year! ⭐ Alexander Hamilton ⭐ Rehosted Warrior Cats MAP Call (READ DESCRIPTION) SaturnSkyez 2024-02-17 | 5/22/2024: UPDATE VIDEO HERE: youtu.be/mKMVoNDqLPAIn around March of 2023, I was contacted by participants belonging to EphemeralMoth's rehost of the Alexander Hamilton MAP, originally hosted by the user formerly known as Erinoshima. They felt as though because the MAP just had one part left to be completed, if it would be possible for me to rehost the project, just to get it across the finish line that was nearly there. I agreed, and began contacting participants. There were a lot more complications than I previously thought. I cannot locate the Discord server. Everyone I contacted had left the server due to Moth's actions (can be found here: web.archive.org/web/20231111005412/docs.google.com/document/d/1a0PFNSCpcidCC9H7gw1U8HeWzWv7DFmX4FPKu60ofaE/edit#heading=h.sviu772ocwzb), which made things difficult. However, everyone I contacted was more than willing to approve the rehost of this MAP. Let me be clear: I have been around this community since /before/ this MAP was originally hosted. I remember the original host, and many of my old friends were in this MAP (though many of their parts are lost). I remember their excitement for this MAP, and I'll be darned if I don't help it get finished. I do not approve of random rehostings of Moth's MAPs without permission. But this isn't Moth's MAP. Things come to an end when Frost Nation invades Sun's camp. Right before this battle, Lilystorm dies, leaving Lioncurl a wreck unable to properly lead his clan during this battle. ~ Mary On A Cross ~ Cardinal & Quailtrot (Warrior Cat OCs) #warriorcatsoc #animation SaturnSkyez 2024-01-10 | Before I even HEAR these comments, I am well aware of the many issues surrounding mythos with gods loving humans, etc. Though Cardinal is "100 years old", his entire angst is that his mother trapped him in a bubble for the first 100 years of his life, so he didn't grow. He's maybe only one or two years older than Quailtrot. As someone who had a very bad relationship with someone very much older than me, I am well aware of the problems with depicting that story so, don't worry.--More Cardinal lore! So, as will be shown in more shorts and videos, each one of the god-children watch over one of the six clans (or 'nations'). Each god-children will also have a mortal character they are tied to in some way; with that connection being shown by a change in eye color. Cardinal watches over Bog and comes across Quailtrot, a young Bog Nation warrior who will soon be chosen to be deputy. Jenny Was A Friend of Mine: Warrior Cat OC PMV (A Shattered Star) #warriorcatsoc SaturnSkyez 2023-12-13 | My longest OC PMV yet, I present: Jenny Was A Friend of Mine! This PMV is meant to help Cranesight's story a bit more cohesively; connecting well over 8 videos of lore together. Story: Cranesight (leader of Frost Nation) and Diggerstar (leader of Pine Nation) are lovers who meet in secret. For this particular meeting, Diggerstar expresses rising tension, citing Canarylight's Bog Rebellion gaining traction. She tells Cranesight that she won't be able to see him for a while, and leaves. Cut to Diggerstar dying at the end of Pine's war against the Bog Rebellion (The Civil War) after giving birth to Petuniapounce and Smokewhisper. Canarylight watches in horror, while Pine healer (Greyflower) and Pine deputy (Sootpounce) rush in a panic. Canarylight and Sootpounce make a deal: the war will end with the establishment of Bog Nation. Canarylight would take Petuniapounce to be raised in Bog, and Smokewhisper stays in Pine to be raised beside Darkflame and his adopted brother Robin. The next gathering, Cranesight watches in horror when he learns of Diggerstar's death. After the gathering, he rushes to the edge of Frost's territory, mourning the loss of his beloved. It is here that he meets Boar - dubbed 'God of War' by many - and begins to dedicate Frost Nation as a "Nation of Boar." TIMESKIP. Many gatherings have built up to this. Cranesight is calling out Canarylight for igniting Pine's Civil War and the death of Diggerstar. Canarylight and Cranesight get into a shouting match that Dappleclaw (Sun Nation's leader) tries to stop. Dappleclaw rushes in front of Canarylight, just in time to meet Cranesight's blow.
