This video shows you how to use and maintain your Dyson PencilWash™ wet floor cleaner.
Set up in minutes
Slide out the inner cassette from the cleaner head.
Fill the clean water tank to the MAX line (allowing for formulation), then secure the cap.
Power on and allow 10 seconds for the roller to hydrate before you begin.
Choose the right power mode
Standard mode: everyday hard floor cleaning.
MAX mode: tap for a five‑second boost, or press and hold to extend up to 60 seconds.
