Quite promising port of the famous ZX Spectrum platformer on the Sega Mega Drive console. Things I have noticed: all moving objects are hardware sprites. Screen flipping is almost instant with some possible minor cosmetic issues. The sprites are obviously moving very smooth and the main character is multicolored. It would be interesting to see how the Mega Drive would render the things in software like Spectrum, because its CPU cannot directly control the screen, but has to talk to the VDP using ports and DMA transfers. But I guess for such a game there are no real constraints to get a full 50/60 fps rendering even in software.
