i started this a few months ago and have come to the conclusion that i’m never gonna finish it cause we’re in a new arc in dnd gahhhh i love this song tho and i’m happy w some of the animation but there are glitches and yeah. rip this project but may as well share it w the world

There was a time skip in our campaign and my incredible best friend / dm stayed over at my place last week and ran a TWELVE HOUR SOLO SESSION where we were in character the whole time minus combat.
The timeskip is partially illustrated in this video heheheh
TLDR: Eldritch + some friends and family summoned and killed Zulgothin (his old patron) in order to get back his uncles soul and resurrect him with new magic that people hadnt done before.
Longer version:
Eldritch has been going behind his friends backs and studying the art of necromancy and devil magic for some time. He gathered this crew to help him:
(In order at beginning)
Artus Tas - a super smart man who’s got some weird magic shit goin on (barbarian/cleric)
Zernin - his edgy cousin , whomst I’ve animated lots (fighter)
Pency - his boyfriend (rouge/fighter)
Anastasia - his sister who signed up to kick ass but wasnt let in on the necromancy plan (monk)
Anta - his sibling in law (bard/wizard)
Entros - his other sibling in law (wizard)
Nora - his sister (cousin raised as sister) and the daughter of the uncle they were trying to get back (wizard)
The group studied magic and then found a location where they could contain Zulgothin when they summoned it. The group wore masks, fake horns, and robes taken from Eldritch’s great grandmothers academy to hide their identities. The wizards stay outside the containment due to their lack of combative abilities.
In the fight , Eldritch uses a spell that accidentally reveals to Zulgothin who he is so Zulgothin aims all attacks at him and takes a bite of of him , killing him. The party goes furious and Zernin kills Zulgothin permanently.
The party rushes over to Eldritch and it looks like they aren’t going to be able to get him back but thankfully he is brought back (we rolled a natural 1 for reviving him , but Artus has an ability to let a die be rerolled and we got a natural 20).
The party then gets to work on the magic , Artus leading the ritual and they bring back Eldritch’s Uncle Tiberius.
Not shown , they also bring back his uncle Therrik who passed shortly after Tiberius. The family is all good now ahhhh I’m emotional
