Stockton's CRT, or as we call them, Stockton's Community Racist Terrorists, rang in the new year engaging in the racist policing that defines them.

CRT policy is to pull over person's of color for minor infractions, real or imagined, cuff them, search them, and release them. Here we caught the same CRT cops on two stops doing the same thing.

Here the driver clearly denies the police the right to search and is not on probation. His only "crime", to a Stockton Police Officer, is being Hispanic.
