A High Winds clip from Tugs, in DVD quality! In order to make this, I used footage from a Salty's Lighthouse DVD. Credit goes to Unknownthomasfan1 for the DVD rip. Also, this is probably the only scene I'll be able to do in true DVD quality. I tried another High Winds scene but too many bits are missing/shortened.
