How To Make South Carolina Chicken Bog | Dutch Oven | Cast Iron Wednesday

My brother and I hung out at the cabin Saturday and I used my small Lodge Dutch Oven and our 60 year old ”family” enameled Cast Iron skillet to cook “Chicken Bog”. You might call it something else where you live. Some folks call it a “stew”, some day it’s a casserole... I guess it’s a little of both but we call it “Chicken Bog”.

There are a lot of variations but it’s easy to make, very filling and relatively inexpensive.
