We cleared this a couple days ago but I was very sick and didn't get around to uploading.
The whole strat revolves around the fact that the first dunk always ony gives 20 seconds, so you both grab 3x Resonance, have 1 player charge both Conductors, and then that same player dunks first. That gives you 80 extra seconds every round to work with and outside of that you just gotta go fast.

I'll work on Solo Witness soon. Likely won't clear before the new seasonal mods come out due to missing the broken GL (I'd have to bank on Goldy chunks), but I'm sure I can clear before Still Hunt gets nerfed early August.

P.S. I accidentally hit my webcam without noticing that's why the camera is scuffed, my bad.
