Can't Stop Caring For You
Music composed by Redmond Farrar
Dubin's Dandies (Adrian Schubert Orchestra)
Vocal chorus by Irving Kaufman
Recorded in New York, November 19, 1929
Cameo 0137
Dubin's Dandies was one of the many pseudonyms for recording groups directed by Adrian Schubert. The group was probably named for one of the sidemen, Joe Dubin on tenor sax. This record was also released on the Jewel, Banner and Oriole labels. Although the musicians are not indicated, it is likely Manny Klein is heard on trumpet, Tony Parenti on clarinet and George Hamilton Green on the xylophone. The label identifies the vocalist as "George Beaver" which was a pseudonym for the ubiquitous Irving Kaufman.
