It’s such a shame to see Dua Lipa promoting such unethical and cruel food in a Vogue video. It’s also strange how people will sometimes proclaim they’ll eat anything, as if that’s something admirable or praiseworthy. But viewing animals as being disposable and lacking empathy towards them is not a good thing, it’s immoral and wrong.
And this doesn’t just apply to the foie gras Dua is eating, even though her eating and promoting foie gras speaks volumes about how little she thinks of animals. It’s time for us to stop force feeding animals and it’s also time for us to stop mutilating, forcibly impregnating and slaughtering animals too.
Because, whether it be foie gras, pigeon, dairy, chicken, lamb, beef, fish or whatever animal product, it’s time for us to stop exploiting, harming and killing animals.
