In essence the hive had displayed aggressive characteristics on a previous day because it had been a week and a half since i handled them and many new bees had hatched that never met me before!
Second, i found the wrong queen in the hive, and some bees in there were protective of her although they did not quite actually attack, they were shy and bit at my finger and advanced quickly at my finger tip.
I put protective clothing on and handled each frame "and then today" i am just looking in to see they have calmed down.
I could handle them now without protective clothing reasonably at low risk of attack.

Rewired the wind turbine and mast up another meter to clear wind obstructions on the roof.
The turbine was on a temporary pole in a temporary position in turbulence among trees and roofing obstructions , consequently it tip stalled and flicked around on the pole at as little as 4 m/s wind speed. The pole itself is only thick rolled galvanized sheet iron and flexes too much causes continual lower rotation speed below the value of the wind speed. However, it reasonably did ok, being half the charge output. Wind was never actually constant only pulses and gusts.
Note: 12V 40AH lithium iron phosphate (2000 cycles to 100 percent DOD) Battery is one type i have found(not used here) that may be interesting, for use here because a 12v system can only have 4 batteries maximum in parallel(these special lithium im not sure if it can or cannot have more in parallel).They are around 230 USD each (255 AUD) at the manufacturer with Minimum 10 of them.
In terms of its DOD and cycles, it becomes a 200ah lead acid battery with less complications.")
