Fracking in the UK has been banned since the "totally absurd" level of seismic shock has been enforced. It is impossible to frack. In fact, the shock is 11 times less than that's allowed at 2.5 km deep than a can of beans dropping on the floor from counter height.
In speech, Miliband's government and his policy are to ban fracking. An actual fact: it has been banned all this time. So it's a bit like having shot a person in the head five times. Lying dead on the floor all these years. Then pass a law to make sure he doesn't get up!
We have to stop this madness.
