In this tutorial we build the most compact dropper elevator.

Formulas:

If dropper count is odd:
Observers = # of droppers + 2
Note Blocks = # of droppers / 2 (Rounded Up) (Ex: 9 / 2 = 4.5 Rounded Up = 5)

If dropper count is even:
Observers = # of Droppers + 1
Note Blocks = # of droppers / 2
