Step into the enchanting world of Oxford with the Photography Club Oxford as we venture through its picturesque streets, eager to capture the essence of this remarkable city. With every step we take, we find ourselves humbled by the sheer magnificence that surrounds us. Yet, as dedicated photographers, we constantly push ourselves to go beyond, to seek out new perspectives, and to strive for perfection. Join us on this captivating journey as we strive to honor the beauty of Oxford, forever in pursuit of capturing its true splendor.
The Bodleian Library, a true treasure trove of knowledge and a beacon of academic excellence, stands proudly in the heart of Oxford city center. With its origins dating back to the 14th century, the library has evolved into one of the world's most revered research institutions, housing over 12 million printed items and serving as a haven for scholars, students, and book lovers alike.
Beyond its academic significance, the Bodleian Library has also found its way into popular culture. It has been immortalized in literature, most notably in the works of authors like Philip Pullman, whose "His Dark Materials" trilogy features the library as a key location. Additionally, the library's majestic architecture has caught the eye of filmmakers, with scenes from the Harry Potter films shot within its walls, adding an extra touch of enchantment to its already storied legacy.
I used the DJI AVATA, Gopro Hero 7 and Sony SLT-A58 to shoot.
