PID tuning might be a challenging endeavor. There are so many settings pilots can change and many do not fully understand what Proportional, Integral and Derivative really do. But in reality, the whole process can be simplified to 12 steps simple algorithm.
We want to have the best response of PID controllers so we have to (usually) push gains up until negative symptoms appear. And then tune them down a littly.
So, follow my 12 steps PID tuning framework and have your drone flying great in no time!
