The prologue tells you about the story of on an undercover cop name John Tanner. He is your main character that gets involved with a person named Jericho. The prologue will show you most of the basics in this game like looking for your missions and always keeping an eye on your mini map. It will also tell you that you can unlock new missions or other mission that will connect to the story by finishing previous ones. Some of the missions are not just racing with cars but also stopping them on the road.
