Playing through the Jack Reacher inspired three-way chase activity from Stimulus Package, a sub mod for Felony Rework.
It's one of the four new missions added in the recent update and involves you trying to take down an opponent car while chased by police. You have the ability to choose if you're gonna try to take the goons down or let them go, either way you have to evade the police. In this particular video we choose to hang on and smash them off the road.
