I've found a way to drive the BETA cop car using the codes that I've used in previous videos.

First, enter Training Mode, and select "Car Park" with or without the codes active. As soon as the demonstration stars, pause the game and exit to the main menu immediately, activate the codes, and then select a new game in Undercover Mode.

The BETA Cop Car will remain in the same possition as CPU #17 is not utilised in that mission.
