This can only be used with the Civilian Car Edition of Driver since I had difficulties importing the civcar model as a player car which would prevent the weird colouring of the other traffic cars and without seeing every traffic car share the same colour.

It's not quite finished yet, so please consider this as a BETA of a BETA :D
