The Ambulance was visible for very long time and the siren was on. But this driver decided to gun for it despite I have slowed down and let sick patients get to hospital ASAP. Probably this driver only saw a slow moving cyclist in front and just had to floor it and pass closely. Of course, he isn't going anywhere.
