In this episode, the trio group tests family cars that offer loads of space, to see if the Citroen Xsara Picasso can defend itself from the Peugeot 307 and the Honda Civic. Mike drives the Mercedes-Benz SL500 and one of the viewers puts the Jaguar X-Type to the test.

Also on the episode, Penny and Mike congratulate Jason Plato for coming 2nd in the 2001 BTCC.
