Pink pulley block receives rotary motion from a motor through a belt (not shown).
Yellow rack block moves linearly by a gear-rack drive as the operator rotates the jade handle.
Green spindle has prismatic joint (spline shaft coupling) with the pink pulley block and revolution joint with the yellow rack block, thus it receives rotation from the pink pulley block and translation from the yellow rack block. At a result, it can rotate and translate at the same time.
Beige parts represent ball bearings.
At the end of the blue gear shaft there is a spiral torsion spring (violet) that tends to bring the spindle to the highest position.
