As the barista makes our drinking chocolate you'll hear conversation between myself and Dennis van Essen of The Highfive company, an importer and distributor of American made craft, bean to bar chocolate.
Bocca Coffee Roasters is as serious about their coffee as I am about chocolate (very serious indeed!). The bonus is that they also serve drinking chocolate and have some craft chocolate bars availble too.
Dennis brought along Viola, who works with Bocca, and Hilde who works with Highfive. We tasted chocolate, we sipped drinking chocolate, and of course talked chocolate. A chocolate filled afternoon. I can't wait to go back to see this place and meet my new chocolate friends again!
