International Energy Club (IEC) had the opportunity to transform this advanced technology into a detailed 3D technical animation, demonstrating how KickMaster™ operates in challenging drilling environments and how its technology supports early kick and loss detection, well control, drilling safety, and real-time flow monitoring.
Unlike conventional flow meters, KickMaster™ is purpose-built for upstream drilling and designed to maintain reliable measurements in challenging conditions involving high gas-cut mud, high solids, high pressure, and high flow rates. The system is available in dedicated configurations for Flow-Out, Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), and high-pressure Flow-In applications.
Our animation focuses on making the technology understandable — from the flow path and equipment configuration to the operating principle and its role within the overall drilling system.
