Nose down rhythm drill. Small correction about "you can't reset the nose angle". You CAN preset the nose up and maintain that during the swing, but the mechanics and forces present during the swing make trying to preset it nose down while swinging upwards a very uncomfortable and ineffective way to throw nose down.
