As part of a definitive documentary on this unsung hero of movie poster illustration, that my wife and I are making, I spent a week with Drew in his studio while he painted the "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace" poster art from blank board to finished painting. We glimpse a handful of his techniques for the keen-eyed viewer.
