Here's a quick tip for anyone who wants to use a SEGA Dreamcast from a region that uses a different mains voltage to their own (eg USA uses 120V where as Europe uses 230V). Instead of buying a bulky and sometimes expensive external step up/down converter you can just switch out your consoles internal PSU to match your region :) . It's a very easy and cheap mod (if you can even call it a mod :P). I already have a Japanese Dreamcast with this mod and in this video I convert my newly acquired NTSC-U to have a PAL power supply unit.
