Didn't knew about this ending, thought it was just the endings agains't Vega and Geese.
The secret stage i unlocked in arcade mode, by getting to Thailand stage and keep entering with player 2 until it appears. Good thing is that could be in the fight agains't other player, doesn't need to be agains't cpu. Have to be patient, it took to me more than 30 attempts to finally show up. Only unlocks in arcade mode, it appeared first for me in pair mode but after finished it didn't appeared in secrets.
Run and dash requires finish pair mode 3 times to appear. Some say it need to finish arcade on level 8, not sure because i finished very before, but it's very likely to be necessary too.
