I've owned hundreds of Caramel acoustic-electric tenor and baritone ukuleles. This is the first problem if had with Caramel electronics. The ukulele I purchased was an Amazon Warehouse deal. The was no risk to me since I could always return it. I'm looking forward to getting my 100% new and full price ($109.99) Caramel tenor bocote ukulele tomorrow!
