I have recently tested Pendorra Pen, a rechargable stylus (via USB) which you can use for drawing on tablets and smartphones. There's no need for bluetooth connection. After charging, just press the top of the pen and start drawing. If you don't have ipad pro and Apple Pencil and you have older ipads I highly recommend Pendorra Pen, as it is lightweight and draws/feels smoothly. I also tested on iphone and it works like a dream.
