Been trying to improve my posture too since I have an anterior pelvic tilt 😭 (which I think is kind of visible in the video LOL)
Once these love handles go away it’s backless shit galore for me!
I feel a lot more confident in wearing clothes I like now! Low rise jeans have never seen me until this month. I feel like a brand new person. Despite all of the hardship in my life, I refuse to give up on myself ❤️🙏🏾
But yeah! March to now goes crazy 🙏🏾 30 more lbs to go!
