I tried drawing in a chibi art style, and made one of those little animation meme things!

Hey guys! It’s the Moonlit Dragon and today I have a video for you of how I made this animation thing!
I used IbisPaint for the drawing, and iMovie and FlipaClip for the animation and tweening! Feel free to ask questions if you have any!
