Quick tutorial on how to map footage of Dragster gameplay into my Dragster spreadsheet!

Do note that if you have multi-frame shifts for gears 1, 2, or 3, you will have to make manual modifications to the spreadsheet to keep the gear value correct. In-game, the gear value only ever increments on the frame that clutch is released; my spreadsheet assumes that all shifts will only be 1 frame.

Mainly posting this just so I can remember it. This strat is mostly consistent, and allows for some errors. Setting it up like this is actually very tricky, but if I miss a hit on one of the Dashes it only takes a second or two longer.")

Played around with a couple new routes and strats. The first path took 46.77 seconds, path 2 was 38.74 seconds, path 3 was 35.27 seconds, and the final path clocked in at 33.09 seconds. The later three paths are actually the same, just different ways to go for them. The third path is probably the easiest to set up and what I will be going for most often. Just have to practice on the timing for that falling guy...")

Holy cow this level is difficult. Will undoubtedly be the trickiest stage to run properly. A lot of these strategies will probably have to be adjusted to account for enemy randomness and global timers.")

Twitch decided to split the recording, so this is part 2 of the run.
Not a bad run at all; some stages were a bit sloppy, but I hit every major trick and the errors are all relatively minor. Possible improvements include getting a random magic drop in Caverns of Shirol (1.5 s) and another random magic drop in Great Tower (~4 seconds) and then just cleaning up some of the slop in this run (~8 sec). Overall pleased with it; I wanted another 3 seconds lower, but this can stand for now. Watch live at http://www.twitch.tv/omnigamer

Mostly for my own sanity and memory as I start to grind the run out. Beginning of the stage is easy, but the timing on the bamboo jumps followed by the rush into the train is really tight. Boss fight has a couple of 2-3 frame windows for the double hits too.")
