This is an unreleased track from Shuki Levi's score of the Ocean Dub of Dragonball Z, "Destruction of Arlia"

The audio source is from the Madman DVDs and Tree of Might Edited Dub DVD recording on Cartoon Network decrypted to AC3 and used Vocal Remover on Audacity to isolate the voices and then used Camtasia to even out the volume. For the last 10 seconds, you could still hear talking but on my Cartoon Network recording of Tree of Might to DVD, there was a part where there wasn't, so no filters were needed.
