OK, so this was after the game had updated to the newest version to include thew Hero Colosseum. During this cut-scene between Beerus and Champa with their advisors Whis and Vados. After Vados had initially struck Champa she only supposed to do it once, but as you can see this was not the case. This literally happened for the rest of the cut-scene.
