This is Volume 3 of the European Music Archaeology Project (EMAP) series of recordings released by Delphian Records. The Series was a collaboration between Rupert Till of the University of Huddersfield, Delphian Records and EMAP. This recording features John Kenny, the world's leading expert on performing on the Carnyx. The Carnyx is a giant bronze trumpet, frequently associated with Celtic cultures but he Romans, and found across Europe about 2000 years ago.
