YUGIOH DEVPRO YGOPRO Deck Profile deck list

Taking an old Dragon Rulers deck and rebuilding it to suit the upcoming January 1st 2014 Ban/forbidden list. The Dragon Rulers deck got hit the hardest in Konami's Ban list and it's no surprise that many changes had to made to make the deck legal to play from January 2014 on wards. The Dragon Ruler's deck is no where as strong as it used to be but it was still much better than expected and can still put up a good fight.
