Gemon is much easier to defeat than Empyrea. Defeat his Dark Turkey companion first but leave the Dark Condor alive, otherwise he'll keep summoning them. The Dark Turkey can scream and knock your characters off your feet while the Dark Condor has a very weak attack. Gemon doesn't use Wave of Ice at all so buff and tension Hero, Yangus and Jessica to max with Oomph, have Angelo on healing duty and you can annihilate Gemon pretty easily.
