Captain Crow isn't too difficult. His main schtick is building his tension to Max, then using Wave of Ice followed by a Thin Air Attack. However you can defend his attack and lower the damage to around 50. His attacks aren't too heavy either so just buff up characters and get attacks when you can, heal when you can and he will go down pretty smoothly.
