Last year, Houston was rated the 2nd most diverse cities in the country, and PWX 2026 celebrated that from day one. 🐲

As Expo Hall doors opened, the Unity Dragon and Lion Dance Troupe filled the conference center with music and movement, drawing a crowd as APWA President-Elect Robert Garland received a scroll of good fortune and a Feng Shui ingot for the year ahead. It was a beautiful way to celebrate the Chinese and Vietnamese culture and art here in the city.
