No idea why the goatee is black-colored, I'll fix it eventually. I know how to edit the moveset now, thanks to @JawBone_R! Rowan is one of my CaCs and instead of making his normal variation, I started with Xeno one instead. I had fun creating this, definitely didn't waste a day! He'll have SSJB and SSJ4 forms, however, nobody knows when I'll make them, lol. Since I was pretty much done with this, I decided to release it.
