Wie ihr wisst, ziehen die beiden Führenden der Rangliste vor der Night of the Jumps die Gruppen. Dies verhindert, dass die beiden Bestplatzierten bereits in der Qualifikation aufeinandertreffen. Alle anderen Fahrer der Gruppen werden zufällig (blind) ausgewählt. Die besten zwei Fahrer jeder Gruppe qualifizieren sich für das Finale.

Dieses Mal waren Luc Ackermann und in Abwesenheit von Maikel Melero Marc Pinyol die gesetzten Fahrer.

As you know, before the Night of the JUMPs, the leading two riders draw the groups. This ensures that the top two ranked riders do not face each other in the qualification round.
