Not much can be said about Dr. Toster, Had this on my computer from a 3 yrs ago, Was going to upload it but many things have pestered me since then (even now). But anyways I am not quite sure if this is cut or not, cause I got this from a site many years ago. Anyways (again) this is the animated short that is made in the Sqigglevision format and gave the producers of Dr. katz much inspiration (this is all I know about this) ENJOY!!!
