This is the second opening sequence and closing credits for Dr. Seuss Beginner Book Video. This version is used on the VHS and DVD releases of "The Cat in the Hat / Maybe You Should Fly a Jet! Maybe You Should Be a Vet!" and "Green Eggs & Ham / The Tooth Book / Ten Apples Up on Top!". Can also be found on the VHS release of "Two Dr. Seuss Favorites: Green Eggs & Ham and The Cat in the Hat".

In this case, the beginning uses the "Britt Allcroft Presents" logo variant before the intro, while the end uses the "A Britt Allcroft Production" logo after the credits, as both variants use the jingle.
