Super extreme mega ultimate 2+ hour extended music (this is my first soundtrack ever posted over 2 hours! - that may not be true but I'm pretty sure it's my first dedicated 2 hour extension :3 ) from the Fever stage from the classic Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) game Dr. Mario.
