Health coaches are the perfect people to communicate with patients about their health. They can summarize what doctors tell them in ways that make sense for an individual's lifestyle and needs.

This ongoing communication is so important because most of us won't remember everything our doctor says during one visit, but having someone who understands how we think will help ensure better outcomes and reduce stress by preventing miscommunication between providers and patients.
