Danny Faulkner has a Ph D in astronomy from Indiana University. For more than a quarter century, he was a professor at the University of South Carolina Lancaster, where he taught astronomy and physics. A decade ago, Dr. Faulkner had the opportunity to retire a little early so that he could assume the position of astronomer at Answer in Genesis in northern Kentucky (suburban Cincinnati). While Dr. Faulkner completed his dissertation on the atmospheres of cool giant stars, he has spent nearly 45 years studying eclipsing binary stars. Besides numerous articles in the astronomical literature and creation literature, he has also published eight books, including Falling Flat: A Refutation of Flat Earth Claims.
